01. What is the Shop?
The Shop is the WooCommerce catalog. Payments are not open while the website remains in Coming Soon mode.
02. What are Stores?
Stores are individual WCFM storefronts, with a native store listing and vendor-controlled products.
03. How do I sign in?
Use My account. Store Manager access is limited to accounts explicitly authorized as vendors.
04. Can I place an order?
Not yet. The site is preparing the Shop and does not currently accept live orders.

01. What is Store Manager?
Store Manager is the existing WCFM dashboard for approved store accounts.
02. Does signing up automatically create a store?
No. Member/customer registration and permission to manage a vendor storefront are separate.
03. Where can I find local businesses?
The business directory uses GeoDirectory, and can include organizations that are not marketplace sellers.
04. Are delivery and dispatch live?
No. Logistics and dispatch remain in a separate held service.

No. Imported sample products are examples for the site design, not verified live offers.
02. How do I ask about a business?
Consult its directory listing or visit Contact Us for the platform contact information.
03. What are the store layouts?
The site uses the original Reign and WCFM layouts, including native store lists and product category variations.
04. When will the marketplace launch?
A public opening date has not yet been announced.
